Weekly Lodging Rates
The base price is per person and includes cabin, meals, and activities.
In addition to the base price, horseback rides are $30.00 a 2 hour ride, per person. Tips are not included in our rates, but are appreciated by, and divided among, our young staff.
Two deposits are required. The first deposit is $150.00 per cabin for the
first two people, plus $50.00 for each additional person. The first deposit
is due when making the reservation. The second deposit is the same amount
as the first, and is due on or before March 1 of the year of the reservation.
After January 15, there is a $50.00 charge for cancellations. The cancellation
charge can be applied toward future reservations. (1 week = 6 days.) Check-in
is Sunday, after 2:00 PM. Check-out is Saturday, at 10:00 AM.

Our ranch is remote so you'll want to remember this pack list:
hat with stampede strings, flashlight, riding boots with heels, jacket, rain-gear and all-weather clothing, sun block, fishing gear, ice chest with snacks and beverages. we are some 20 miles from the nearest store, laundry service, and telephone. Since we generate our own electricity, please bring only your most essential appliances. We now have a heated swimming pool for your enjoyment.
